We provide direct mail services the old fashioned way: We handwrite every address and affix a first class stamp to the envelope! Consumers are tired of the gimmicks: Window envelopes, bar-coded address labels, or fake, 'Pay To The Order Of' checks, that simply save the bulk mailer postage fees. Consumers recognize this as trash and file it as such, lowering the overall return to the marketer. The advantages of our 'Old Fashioned' service are numerous: 1. Your mail piece will get opened! (What could be more important?) 2. Fast Delivery. First Class mail, in-state, is generally delivered in 1 to 2 days, and rarely takes longer than 5-6 business days to anywhere in the continental U.S. Compare these delivery times to Bulk mail which can take up to three weeks! 3. Returned Mail: Bad addresses that are 12 to 18 months old are returned to the sender at no charge and people that have moved within the past 12 months automatically get your mail piece forwarded at no additional charge to the sender. Compare this to Bulk Mail, which, if undeliverable, is usually just thrown away! 4. Postal employees are trained to make every effort to deliver first class mail, so if it's first class mail there's a very high probability of arrival. 5. People that receive mail with a handwritten address and first class stamp are instantly curious and want to see what's inside! How the program works: 1. We supply the manpower, stamps, envelopes, etc. Every name and address is handwritten in a neat, easy-to-read style. 2. You supply the list you want to use (we can help you with this if you need it) and your copy (newsletter, coupons, etc). Keep in mind that First Class Direct Mail must fit in a standard size envelope and not weigh more than one ounce (usually up to 4-pages of 20# stock). 3. We do not charge for: Collating, Folding, or Tabbing, Etc. We have one set price of 75-cents per piece which includes the first class postage (41-cents), collating (if you have more than one piece), folding, and the handwritten addressing! If you want us to print your newsletter, mailer, etc., the price will be 3-cents per piece for black and white, or 9-cents each for color.
